Who we are

What this website collects

As little as possible. This is a static marketing site. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking scripts, and we do not ask you to create an account or submit any form.

• Age confirmation. When you confirm you are 18 or older, we store a single flag (vibe_age_ok) in your browser’s local storage so you are not asked again on this device. It contains no personal data, never leaves your browser, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings. This is strictly necessary to operate the site and does not require consent.
• Hosting logs. The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data needed to deliver the page and protect it from abuse — your IP address, browser type, requested URL, and timestamp. Cloudflare acts as our processor; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Logs are retained only as long as needed for security and are not used to identify you.
• Fonts and assets are served from our own domain. No third-party font or CDN requests are made.

What this website does not do

• No cookies are set by us.
• No analytics or advertising trackers.
• No selling or sharing of personal data.
• No profiling or automated decision-making.

Links to the Apple App Store take you to Apple’s services, which are governed by Apple’s privacy policy. Links to our Terms of Use are currently hosted on Notion, subject to Notion’s privacy policy.

Children

This website and the Vibe app are for adults aged 18 and over only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
